12:00 pm: Getting ready shots – This is when the bride and groom are getting all dolled up for their big day. It’s a great opportunity to capture some candid shots of the bride and her bridesmaids having their hair and makeup done, as well as the groom and his groomsmen getting dressed.
1:30 pm: First look – This is a private moment between the bride and groom before the ceremony. It’s a great opportunity for the couple to see each other for the first time on their wedding day and for you to capture some emotional and intimate shots.
2:30 pm: Ceremony – The ceremony is the main event of the day and it’s your chance to capture all the important moments such as the exchange of vows, rings, and the first kiss.
3:15 pm: Family and bridal party photos – This is when the family and bridal party will be gathered together for formal photos. These photos are typically taken after the ceremony to make sure everyone is looking their best.
4:00 pm: Cocktail hour – This is when the guests are mingling and enjoying drinks and appetizers before the reception. It’s a great opportunity to capture candid shots of the guests as well as the newlyweds.
6:00 pm: Reception – The reception is when the guests sit down for dinner and the couple will have their first dance. It’s your chance to capture all the important moments such as the speeches, the cutting of the cake, and the last dance.
7:00 pm: Sunset shots – This is when the sun is setting, and the lighting is perfect for romantic and beautiful photos. It’s also a great time for the couple to have some alone time and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the day.
8:00 pm: End of the night – The end of the night is when the guests are dancing, and it’s your chance to capture the last candid shots of the couple and their guests having fun.
